Senior Architect – Data Centre and Mission-Critical Sector

We seek a Senior Architect – Data Centre and Mission-Critical Sector to support current and future major infrastructure, data centre, and industrial facility projects. RoleAccountabilities
- Lead design efforts for industrial and data center projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure aligned and integrated delivery.
- Prepare design and technical deliverables across all project phases.
- Uphold Arcadis standards for quality, safety, and project delivery excellence.
- Facilitate team and client meetings and provide project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term growth.
- Professional degree in architecture (M.Arch.,
B.Arch., or equivalent) from an accredited institution. - OAA Licensed Architect with at least 10 years’ experience in data centre and industrial building projects.
- Proven experience leading and delivering large-scale, complex data centre and industrial projects.
- Strong project leadership and multidisciplinary team coordination skills with minimal supervision.
- Expertise in architectural design, technical detailing, and construction documentation.
- Solid understanding of zoning bylaws and the Ontario Building Code.
- Demonstrated business development capabilities, including client engagement and proposal preparation.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including effective presentations.
- Commitment to sustainability, innovation, and high-quality design.
- Portfolio submission required; willingness to travel for field work and adapt to various work environments.
