Position: WSP Director Critical Systems
Become a pivotal member of WSP Canada as the Director of Mission Critical & Data Centers in Thornhill, Ontario. Spearhead the development of high-resilience electrical systems for tomorrow’s data centers.
This role is crucial for shaping the electrical design strategy of large-scale data centers, focusing on sustainability and performance. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert, manage multidisciplinary teams, and directly influence project delivery from concept to commission. Your leadership will promote innovation and strategic business development in one of the fastest-growing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of mission-critical electrical designs

• Act as Subject Matter Expert across electrical programs

• Oversee project scope, quality, and financial performance

• Engage clients and guide business development strategies

• Mentor senior technical staff
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering; P.Eng. designation

• 15+ years in infrastructure projects

• Expertise in medium-voltage systems and resilience

• Strong experience with technical team leadership

• Proven client engagement and communication skills
