Program Scheduler Critical Programs

Intra Management Solutions (IMS) seeks a seasoned Program Scheduler for an impactful on-site position. Your expertise in Integrated Master Schedules and scheduling analysis will drive crucial projects.
At IMS, we are searching for a skilled Program Scheduler with at least five years of hands-on experience. You will maintain Integrated Master Schedules and conduct health assessments utilizing your understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM). This role will require engaging with diverse teams in the defense, energy, and aerospace sectors to ensure that programs achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

• Conduct analyses for schedule health and integrity

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on complex projects

• Use Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for scheduling tasks

• Support large-scale projects in various industry sectors
Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant scheduling experience

• Proficiency in scheduling tools like Primavera P6

• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction

• Independent and collaborative work capabilities
