We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing various hair styling and front desk duties. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their inquiries.
• Perform hair styling services, including cuts, color treatments, and styling, while adhering to sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both clients and staff.
• Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to retail sales goals.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling payments, and maintaining client records.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.

• Previous experience in customer service is essential, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques is preferred, along with knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry.
• Experience in retail sales or upselling is advantageous to maximize client engagement.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members alike.
• Familiarity with front desk operations will be beneficial in managing daily salon activities efficiently.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
