• Provide professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following health and safety standards
• Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs and offering style recommendations
• Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance the client experience and increase retail sales
• Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing
• Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and attentive care
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques

• Proven experience as a barber or in a similar grooming role with a strong portfolio of styles
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environment
• Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and retail sales at the front desk
• Passion for hair styling, grooming trends, and continuous learning in the industry
• Retail sales experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
