As a Clinical Practitioner, you will join our Community Mental Health & Substance Use team, with responsibilities spanning client intake, assessments, and treatment planning. We are seeking individuals with a Master’s degree and two years of experience in the field to ensure clients receive compassionate and effective care. Your work will emphasize client dignity and systemic integration for optimal recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform screenings and initial assessments for clients
• Implement recovery-oriented treatment plans
• Offer group and individual therapy sessions
• Coordinate client referrals to appropriate services
• Document clinical notes and client progress
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in an applicable health discipline
• Minimum two years of direct experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health regulations
• Valid B.C. Driver’s License
• Registration eligibility with a relevant professional body
