In this full-time capacity, you will use established occupational therapy techniques to conduct assessments, deliver individual and group interventions, and provide essential support to both clients and community service providers. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessments of client's needs

• Develop detailed recovery plans in collaboration with clients

• Lead and co-lead group treatment sessions for skills development

• Evaluate service delivery and identify improvement areas

• Coordinate resources for optimal rehabilitation outcomes

Requirements:

• Full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC

• Two years of relevant experience in community settings

• Valid B.C. Class V Driver's License required

• Strong understanding of psychiatric rehabilitation strategies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
