Assertive Community Treatment Occupational Therapist

In this full-time capacity, you will use established occupational therapy techniques to conduct assessments, deliver individual and group interventions, and provide essential support to both clients and community service providers. Collaboration is key to ensuring effective service delivery and enhancing client outcomes within the community health landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive assessments of client's needs
• Develop detailed recovery plans in collaboration with clients
• Lead and co-lead group treatment sessions for skills development
• Evaluate service delivery and identify improvement areas
• Coordinate resources for optimal rehabilitation outcomes
Requirements:
• Full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Two years of relevant experience in community settings
• Valid B.C. Class V Driver's License required
• Strong understanding of psychiatric rehabilitation strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
