FMN and NDS Communications and Awareness Support

We are looking for an FMN and NDS Communications and Awareness Support for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language:
  English.
• Security Clearance: NATO – Secret.
• Location of Work:
  Remote.
• Mandatory requirements:
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in understanding of corporate communication, public relations, and marketing strategies in multinational international organisations
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in stakeholder engagement, crisis communication, and reputation management in multinational international organisations
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in developing messaging frameworks, key messages, and content strategies in multinational international organisations
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in applying brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity in multinational international organisations
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in creating campaign materials (press releases, social media posts, brochures, etc.) in multinational international organisations
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in identifying target audiences and tailoring communication approaches in multinational international organisations
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in applying understanding of cultural, social, and organizational communication nuances in multinational international organisations
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in user research, surveys, and feedback mechanisms in multinational international organisations
  • Must have at least 4 years experience of coordinating and delivering communication and awareness campaigns in international military environments
  • Must have demonstrated experience, at least 4 years, of supporting military interoperability programmes and concepts
  • Must have at least 4 years experience of NATO Federated Mission Networking
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in crafting high fidelity messaging, imagery and information products across a range of media types including, but not limited to, web content, imagery and photography, infographics, video and audio
  • Must have deep experience, at least 5 years, in working with international organisations and in multinational environments
  • Must have knowledge and experience of NATO Structures and military operations
  • Must have at least 4 years demonstrable experience in working with Semantic Media Wiki (e.g. Tidepedia)
  • Must have clearance & security awareness: ability to work with classified/unclassified data and within secure environments
  • Must have strategic thinking & problem-solving: ability to develop clear, effective communication strategies aligned with business goals
  • Must have excellent written & verbal communication: strong storytelling and message development skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
  • Must have stakeholder management & influence. Skilled at engaging and aligning key stakeholders (internal and external). Ability to build trust, navigate organizational dynamics, and drive consensus
  • Must have adaptability & flexibility: comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities. Can adjust communication strategies based on audience feedback or business changes
  • Must have creativity & innovation: ability to develop fresh, engaging communication campaigns and materials
  • Must think outside the box to solve communication challenges effectively
