In this experienced capacity, you will work alongside Account Executives to manage a portfolio of commercial customers, leading the charge in technical discovery and solution architecture.
Your role will be integral in navigating multi-stakeholder environments to align technology with overarching business objectives. This dynamic position also involves influencing product development with client feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support AEs in identifying and closing commercial opportunities
• Lead solution architecture and technical demonstrations
• Coordinate complex deals with multiple stakeholders
• Provide input for product roadmap and go-to-market strategies
• Develop scalable enablement resources for the SE team
Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience in a solutions engineering role
• Proficient in network fundamentals and troubleshooting
• Expertise in zero-trust networking and IAM systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
• Strong ability to convey technical value to customers
