As the first AI Campus Lead, you'll manage leasing efforts and promote opportunities across our prominent AI campus at 600 Wilshire and future sites. Your expertise in AI infrastructure, along with strong market relationships, will shape our commercial foundation and differentiate us from traditional colocation providers. You will be integral in securing tenants and building an ecosystem focused on AI deployment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute commercial strategies for AI campus sites

• Analyze competitive landscape and adjust pricing and product offerings

• Develop partnerships with network carriers and AI platform partners

• Represent Onni Mission Critical at industry events and panels

• Shape the narrative for urban edge AI infrastructure

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years in AI infrastructure or data center leasing

• Fluent in AI workloads and deployment principles

• Experience building new pipelines without prior business

• Existing network among AI infrastructure buyers preferred

• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset in a build-stage environment
