This role demands extensive experience in business requirements gathering, technical solution evaluation, and systems specification development for intelligence missions. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess viable options and ensure compliance with system requirements at all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify user requirements and define business needs
• Organize workshops for system use cases and information flows
• Develop system requirement specifications and traceability
• Recommend technical solutions and perform options analysis
• Participate in testing solutions and ensure compliance
Requirements:
• Degree in sciences, engineering, or IM/IT
• 10+ years in documenting business requirements
• 7+ years in developing system use cases
• Professional knowledge of IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS
• High-level security clearance with PSPC
