Mid-Level Maintenance Worker Technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks as required

• Complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs

• Perform grounds maintenance and lawn care duties

• Assist HVAC mechanics with maintenance tasks

• Conduct vehicle maintenance, including oil changes

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in general maintenance is required

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Must obtain and maintain a valid Class A CDL

• U.S. citizenship is a requirement

• Current CPR/First Aid certification after hiring
