Key Responsibilities:

• Direct a team of unionized trades and general workers

• Foster employee skill development through coaching

• Monitor progress of maintenance tasks daily

• Oversee onboarding and ensure safety compliance

• Manage conflicts and promote a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of supervisory experience

• Relevant college degree or equivalent experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite

• Experience in a unionized setting preferred
