As the General Manager, you will report to the Board and influence the community’s economic landscape. You’ll be responsible for developmental lending, mentorship programs, and partnerships while ensuring financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities:
• Create annual operating plans and budgets from the strategic plan
• Maintain compliance with Pacifi Can agreements and funding
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and external accountant relationships
• Oversee investment fund and developmental lending processes
• Lead advisory projects for marginalized groups in the community
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business or related field
• Minimum five years in management or leadership roles
• Strong background in economic development and small-business support
• Proven experience with financial planning and partnerships
• Familiarity with the South Fraser business environment
