About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Land and Joint Mission Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and expanding a global portfolio of integrated land and joint mission capabilities. This executive will have a wide-ranging role, including business performance, strategic growth, program delivery, engineering, operations, and customer engagement. The Vice President will be expected to shape the business strategy, identify new opportunities, and ensure the competitive position of the portfolio is strengthened.
A key aspect of the role is the successful delivery of complex, multi-year systems integration programs in international markets, requiring strong commercial judgment and the ability to make sound decisions in a demanding environment.
Applicants for the Vice President position should have a background in senior business leadership within a complex, regulated engineering environment, such as defense or aerospace. Experience in leading a significant business or portfolio, overseeing complex systems integration programs, and balancing profitable growth with operational performance is essential.
