A leading organic food company located in British Columbia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure the functionality of complex plant systems. This dynamic leadership role requires a proactive problem solver with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to safety practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a HACCP-regulated environment and will be responsible for meeting production goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
