This role runs from July to December and is ideal for candidates seeking practical experience in winemaking. You'll operate processing equipment, sort grapes, and support bottling tasks. Working in a cellar environment, you must maintain sanitation and organization to ensure quality in all aspects of production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate equipment for efficient grape processing
• Sort and process fruit with care and precision
• Participate in grape pressing and juice monitoring
• Maintain sanitized and organized work spaces
• Assist with bottling line and product quality checks
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in winemaking or a related field
• Previous harvest experience preferred
• Physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable in varying temperatures and confined spaces
• Forklift Operator’s Certificate is advantageous
Engage in the winemaking journey while gaining experience at Mission Hill Family Estate.
