Position: Experienced Food Processing Foreman Needed
We are looking for an Experienced Food Processing Foreman to lead our production team. This role is vital in ensuring quality and safety on-site in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in the food and beverage sector, supervising 5 to 10 workers. In this hands-on position, you'll focus on training, safety protocols, and enhancing productivity while working in a dusty and noisy site. Your knowledge of GMP will be instrumental in achieving high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimize hazards throughout the production process

• Train staff in safety and job duties

• Recommend methods for improving quality and productivity

• Supervise and coordinate worker activities and schedules

• Develop strategies to meet production timelines

Requirements:

• High school graduation certification mandatory

• Must hold Forklift Operator Certification

• Familiarity with GMP is essential

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Clearance of a criminal record check needed
