Position: Experienced Moulder Operator Needed

We seek a qualified Moulder Operator with at least three years of experience in a high-production remanufacturing environment. This role is crucial for producing premium cedar wood products. You'll be responsible for tooling selection, setup changeovers, and running production in a semi-automated setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and grind tooling to meet standard patterns

• Plan and complete setup changeovers for new runs

• Monitor and run production on the through-feed moulder

• Maintain machinery ensuring it operates smoothly

• Collaborate effectively with team members on tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years as a moulder operator

• Basic machine maintenance skills

• Experience with softwood and high feed speeds

• Detail-oriented and flexible with task changes

• Physically capable of performing required duties
