Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage various types of machinery

• Assist in developing SOPs and troubleshooting

• Monitor quality and adjust production parameters

• Engage actively in physical tasks throughout the day

• Participate in sanitation and cleaning activities as required

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75lbs short distances

• Quick learner with a focus on detail

• Familiarity with production equipment and principles

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Forklift certification is advantageous
