As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee digital strategies and facilitate high-performing campaigns that align with business objectives. Your strategic vision will guide the planning, execution, and performance reporting across various digital platforms including e-commerce, media, CRM, and social channels. This role requires a hands-on leader who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cross-functional digital marketing strategies for all wineries

• Champion digital activation, innovation, and processes through core channels

• Manage and optimize the digital/social budget effectively

• Direct specialized contractors for paid marketing and email campaigns

• Oversee digital content calendars ensuring alignment with goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 5-8 years of marketing experience, 3-5 years in digital marketing

• Proven DTC e-commerce expertise and full-funnel strategies

• Familiarity with modern marketing tools and analytics

• Strong project management and communication skills
