Registered Nurse in Palliative Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement care plans for hospice patients

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved nursing or psychiatric nursing program

• Two years of relevant nursing experience in hospice care

• Current registration with BCCNM

• Understanding of multidisciplinary team dynamics

• Physical ability to meet job demands
