Fraser Health is on the lookout for a Part Time RN/RPN Clinical Mentor to enhance the quality of care for our residents. This crucial role involves providing immediate clinical mentorship and support to nursing teams while collaborating with Nurse Educators and team leaders. You will foster improved clinical practices and staff skill development through effective mentorship and role modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor nursing staff in Long Term Care best practices

• Offer hands-on, immediate mentoring and guidance

• Support professional growth through training and instruction

• Lead initiatives that align with clinical care standards

• Identify and prioritize learning needs with team leaders

Requirements:

• Active registration with BCCNM as a Registered Nurse

• Three years of relevant nursing experience

• Experience in mentoring nursing personnel

• Leadership training or equivalent education

• Access to a personal vehicle and valid BC Driver’s License may be needed
