Position: Primary Care Registered Nurse at Fraser Health

In this role, you will collaborate with an inter-professional team and provide direct nursing care at the Urgent Primary Care Centre or Primary Care Clinic. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, facilitating client transitions, and maintaining therapeutic relationships while ensuring culturally safe care. Your experience and knowledge will help address the diverse needs of clients needing urgent or long-term support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and nursing diagnoses

• Process medical orders and administer treatments

• Develop client care plans collaboratively

• Facilitate communication across healthcare teams

• Provide home visits and health education

Requirements:

• Current BCCNM Registered Nurse registration

• One year of recent clinical experience

• Valid BC Driver’s license

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in teams
