Client-Focused Primary Care Nurse

In this role, you will hold active registration as a nurse and possess at least one year of recent clinical experience in acute or community settings. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and compassionate nursing care to a diverse client base

• Assess client conditions and collaborate on care plans

• Promote health education and self-management among clients

• Facilitate effective communication between providers and patients

• Ensure accurate documentation of care activities

Requirements:

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse in BC

• One year of relevant experience in acute or urgent care

• Possession of a valid BC driver’s license

• Demonstrated communication and educational skills

• Ability to work as part of a dynamic healthcare team
