In this role, you will engage with clients suffering from mental illness and concurrent disorders, delivering tailored treatment solutions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, monitoring treatment efficacy, and fostering therapeutic relationships to facilitate client empowerment and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform intake and conduct thorough assessments
• Provide direct nursing care and follow safety protocols
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients
• Facilitate access to community resources and services
• Participate in case conferences and client advocacy
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum two years of experience in mental health
• Registered with BCCNM
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and counseling
