As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care, assessing and planning interventions with patients and families. Collaborating with the interprofessional care team, you will document and evaluate patient progress and set priorities for effective care. You will also rotate through specialty units, enhancing your skills while pursuing postgraduate nursing courses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document patient conditions and care needs
• Collaborate with families in developing tailored care plans
• Coordinate and prioritize nursing tasks for effective caregiving
• Teach patients about health maintenance and illness prevention
• Participate in quality improvement and educational programs
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current BCCNM registration
• Completion or willingness to pursue relevant postgraduate courses
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Physical capability to perform nursing duties
