Nurse Practitioner

Position: Join Fraser Health as Nurse Practitioner
Fraser Health is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner in Mission, B.C. to provide trauma-informed, holistic care at our Urgent and Primary Care Centre. This role encompasses comprehensive diagnostics and interprofessional collaboration for patient-centered health services.

The successful Nurse Practitioner will contribute significantly to patient assessments, treatments, and health care management in a vibrant community. Engage in continuous professional development while working alongside a diverse team of health care providers dedicated to serving our local population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a range of health conditions

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans

• Educate patients and families on health management

• Work collaboratively with health teams for optimal care

• Participate in policy-making and population health strategies

Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner registration in British Columbia

• Relevant recent clinical experience

• Effective leadership and team collaboration skills

• Ability to supervise and educate nursing personnel

• Knowledge in evidence-based health practices
