We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse to engage in collaborative care planning and deliver high-quality services. Key experience areas include palliative care and effectively communicating with patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans

• Deliver nursing care in wound and dementia management

• Gather and document patient assessments accurately

• Facilitate interdisciplinary communication for care coordination

• Engage in ongoing education for staff and students

Requirements:

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution

• Active registration with BCCNM

• Minimum one year in gerontological nursing

• Level 1 First Aid certification required

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
