Fraser Health is hiring a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse to enhance team-based patient care. This role revolves around respecting patient choices and implementing individualized care plans in a culturally safe manner. Key skills include assessing health conditions and collaboratory decision-making with care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with teams on identifying and addressing care concerns
• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care documentation
• Educate clients and families about their care options
• Promote patient rights and involvement in their care
• Participate in quality improvement projects
Requirements:
• Successful graduation from Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing program
• Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses
• One year of gerontological experience preferred
• Level 1 First Aid certification
• Strong leadership abilities and clinical guidance
