Support youth at Zajac Ranch as a Summer Camp Nurse. This seasonal role provides essential medical support while ensuring a safe environment for campers with complex medical needs.
Zajac Ranch is seeking dedicated Camp Nurses for its 2027 Summer Camp Season. As a medical professional, you will oversee health, safety, and well-being while preparing for daily camper operations. Responsibilities include medication management, first aid, and collaborating with camp leaders to create a nurturing space for children and young adults with disabilities and chronic illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure health and safety for campers and staff
• Distribute medical supplies to program areas
• Oversee medication intake and administration
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Respond to first aid situations promptly
Requirements:
• Valid CPR-C certification
• Current registration in British Columbia
• Qualified healthcare professional (MD, RN, LPN, RPN, NP)
• Students and paramedics encouraged to apply
• Contact Nursing Director if lacking certification
