Fraser Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care within diverse healthcare settings. You will assess patients, implement care plans, and engage with families while ensuring adherence to patient care standards.
Your role will also involve teaching patients, maintaining accurate records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives alongside a dedicated interprofessional team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate patient care needs and outcomes
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Teach patients and families about health management
• Document nursing interventions and patient progress
• Initiate discharge planning and advocate for patients
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved Nursing program
• Current RN registration with BCCNM
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Knowledge of chronic disease management
