Quality Control Lead Technician

Position: Quality Control Lead Technician Role
Elevate product quality as a Quality Control Lead Technician with One Degree Organic Foods. Support QA initiatives and ensure compliance with both internal and external standards in food production.

As a critical member of the Quality Assurance team, you will guide and mentor QC Technicians, manage documentation, and uphold quality standards. Key skills include expertise in GFSI standards, HACCP concepts, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Your role will directly impact the quality and safety of food products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with quality standards and regulations

• Review and maintain QA and QC records and documentation

• Conduct shelf-life studies and report findings

• Perform quality assurance tests to meet product specifications

• Mentor junior QC technicians on standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in troubleshooting QC/QA issues

• Knowledge of GFSI and HACCP requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Degree in Food Science is preferable

• Strong analytical and communication skills
