Position: Quality Control Lead Role at One Degree
Become the guardian of product quality as a Quality Control Lead Technician at One Degree Organic Foods. Support compliance with quality standards in a dynamic food production environment.

You will report to the QA Supervisor and be responsible for training QC Technicians while managing the necessary paperwork. Your knowledge of GFSI standards, experience in quality assurance, and strong analytical skills are vital for ensuring top-notch product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance tests and inspections

• Maintain accurate QA and QC documentation

• Support the development of quality procedures

• Mentor QC technicians in best practices

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Solid experience in QC/QA processes in food production

• Knowledge of HACCP and GFSI regulations

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and documentation practices

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
