Position: Aerospace Assurance Manager Role
Join Terran Orbital as a Mission Assurance Manager and influence aerospace innovations. Drive quality assurance for satellite systems while leading teams towards mission success.

As a key player in the team, you will report to the Sr. Director of EH&S, Quality & Mission Assurance.

Your role includes ensuring that satellite designs and launches meet rigorous quality standards and specifications. Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to manage and resolve quality-related issues and oversee assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality, cost, and schedule requirements are met

• Actively participate in design and readiness reviews

• Oversee proposal reviews for mission assurance deliverables

• Track non-conformances and manage resolutions before delivery

• Collaborate with stakeholders on reliability and analysis as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant STEM field

• Minimum 8 years in aerospace Mission Assurance

• 3-5 years in Mission Assurance role

• Proven teamwork with strong communication capabilities

• U.S. Citizenship necessary for security clearance
