Key Responsibilities:

As a Cook's helper, you will assist in meal preparation, distribution, and short-order cooking, ensuring portion control and adherence to recipes. You will manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of groceries while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and equipment. You will train offenders in food service operations, safety protocols and hygiene practices to enhance their employability.
