RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Invoice and take payment from customers using POS system
Provide accurate quotes
Review and explain work orders with customers
Verify proper shipment of parts, stock and organizing shop
Performs a variety of other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge in engine rebuilding or high performance parts is an asset
Excellent customer service skills
Able to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and highly organized with good time management and problem solving skills
