• Plan and organize the retail workflow
• Manage staffing needs and duties assignments
• Determine the merchandise to be offered
• Resolve supply shortages and customer requests
Requirements:
• College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
• Experience in a similar retail or management role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
• Understanding of environmental issues related to retail
