As part of a permanent position, you will supervise a team of 5-10 staff and ensure efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include evaluating processes and determining staffing needs, alongside resolving customer complaints and supply issues. Experience in shipping and receiving is preferred, and the role is entirely on-site at the specified location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and control all daily retail operations
• Evaluate operational efficiency and make improvements
• Plan and organize schedules and staff duties
• Manage procurement of merchandise for resale
• Resolve customer requests and supply shortages effectively
Requirements:
• College/CEGEP education required
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience necessary
• Must operate on-site at the physical location
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
• Ability to recruit and supervise staff efficiently
