Retail Assistant Manager BC

Lead daily store operations as a Retail Assistant Manager in Mission, British Columbia. This full-time role focuses on staffing, merchandising, and managing customer service issues.

As part of a permanent position, you will supervise a team of 5-10 staff and ensure efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include evaluating processes and determining staffing needs, alongside resolving customer complaints and supply issues.
