As a Customer Service Manager at Walmart Canada, you will coordinate front-end operations, monitor associates, and handle customer concerns in Mission, BC. • Monitor Front End associates and coordinate breaks
• Provide system and procedure training to Associates
• Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions
Requirements:
• Age 16 or older
• No previous experience required
• Familiarity with retail operations preferred
• Ability to manage cash and register audits
• Compliance with company standards and procedures
