This role, based at the Mission Recycling Depots, focuses on customer engagement and maintaining high operational standards. Your responsibilities involve inspecting materials, offering guidance to customers, and participating in team training. Your proactivity and humor will create a welcoming atmosphere at the depot.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely execute duties as part of a cohesive team
• Educate customers on proper recycling practices
• Support traffic management during peak hours
• Ensure depot cleanliness and organization
• Train new employees on site operations
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of customer service background
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Experience with mobile equipment is a plus
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends
• Friendly, proactive personality with a sense of humor
