In this role, you'll work closely with General Merchandise and Fashion Associates to promote products and assist customers in their shopping experience. You’ll also oversee task direction, delegate responsibilities, and ensure high merchandising standards. Participation in team training and creating a safe work atmosphere are key components of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly approach
• Direct task completion based on management priorities
• Monitor and enhance department presentation quality
• Assign Associates to coverage tasks across the store
• Complete safety checks to ensure a hazard-free environment
Requirements:
• At least 16 years of age
• Proven skills in customer service and leadership
• Experience in retail roles is a plus
• Effective communicator with training abilities
• Commitment to adherence to safety protocols
