• Proactively discover customers’ needs and listen to understand what they are asking for

• Build strong, long‑standing relationships
• Develop, retain, and grow branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience

• Appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships
• Strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies including day‑to‑day banking, investments, and borrowing solutions
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment aligned with customers’ stated goals
• Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP Diploma
