Walmart is seeking an Asset Protection Associate to maintain security and minimize losses. The position involves daily store patrols, incident investigations, and supporting emergency procedures. You'll communicate with leadership on findings, conduct external apprehensions, and contribute to a safety-first culture among associates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily store patrols for safety and security
• Investigate incidents of financial and physical shrink
• Support emergency store response procedures
• Carry out external apprehensions as needed
• Communicate findings to store leadership
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Security Guard License required
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail in daily tasks
