Empower individuals in Chilliwack, BC as an Employment Program Coach. In this full-time position, support participants in overcoming employment barriers through hands-on coaching and community engagement.

Ruth & Naomi's Mission is hiring a compassionate Employment Program Coach to help those facing employment challenges. You will mentor participants, guiding them to develop crucial workplace skills while coordinating initiatives like Ruth's Coffee and the Street Team. This role is pivotal in fostering employment readiness through support and positive relationships in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach participants to develop workplace skills effectively

• Coordinate activities for the Street Team and other placements

• Supervise community-based work experiences for participants

• Build strong relationships with participants and local partners

• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Experience supporting individuals facing employment barriers

• Background in vocational rehabilitation or mentoring

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence

• First Aid and de-escalation training, or willingness to obtain
