Your role will connect KSM members to essential internal and external services.

In this full-time position, you will conduct client intakes, assess needs, and provide empathetic, non-judgmental support. You will coordinate the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program and offer individualized budgeting education, all while engaging volunteers to enhance program impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary client intake via one-on-one meetings

• Connect clients to resources, providing advocacy as needed

• Plan and coordinate year-round tax clinics and logistics

• Engage and support budgeting volunteers for enhanced program delivery

• Maintain accurate documentation and client case notes

Requirements:
