Driver and Security Professional Hill

Support Mission Hill Family Estate Winery with your expertise as a Security/Driver, focused on transporting guests and ensuring site safety. This role requires professionalism and strong organizational skills.

As a valued member of the winery team, you will be responsible for safe transportation of executive and VIP guests while assisting in site security efforts. You'll manage daily logistics, vehicle maintenance, and help execute safety protocols. Your background in driving and customer service will enhance team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive staff and VIP guests safely to designated locations

• Support events and logistics, including concert services

• Process wine deliveries and manage inventory transfers

• Ensure vehicles are maintained and clean

• Monitor safety protocols and respond to incidents

Requirements:

• 2+ years driving or security experience required

• Valid BC Driver's License with a clear record

• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask

• Committed to maintaining confidentiality

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
