Position: Lead Hand for Warehouse Operations

Your role focuses on training and optimizing process workflows while promoting safety.

As the Warehouse Lead Hand, you will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to monitor performance and implement best practices in daily operations. This is an exciting chance for individuals looking to enhance their leadership skills in a thriving and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide team members in daily task completion

• Oversee compliance with company policies and safety standards

• Manage warehouse space and implement FEFO principles

• Handle inventory checks and discrepancy resolution

• Track daily deliveries and pickups with the 5-ton truck

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of warehousing experience

• Valid Forklift Certification

• Familiarity with ERP & MRP software

• Ability to lift 25 kg repeatedly

• Effective communicator in English
