The Opportunity

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least 2-3 years' experience in administrative, accounting or billing support.


Position Responsibilities

  • Answer and transfer phone calls
  • Support billing and accounts receivable, including sending out statements and collections
  • Assist with payroll and client billing
  • Bank verifications of client's daily sales deposits
  • Organize and prepare tax return packages for mailing
  • Handle daily outgoing mail and incoming correspondence.
  • Re-stock printers and order office supplies
  • Coordinate with team members on office supply management
  • Provide general administrative support as needed


About You

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative, accounting or billing support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or Business is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Team player with a proactive problem-solving attitude
