Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Seeking a Nocturnist OB Hospitalist/Laborist Physician who is Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology to join an established group of 11 full-time physicians at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This inpatient-only position involves the evaluation and management of hospitalized and ER OBGYN patients. The role offers robust benefits and the opportunity to work in a well-supported and collaborative hospital environment.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Nocturnist Shift (7pm-7am)
• Alternating 1 week on 1 week off
• The nocturnist will be a part of a 12 member OBGYN practice
• Hospital EHR is Epic
• Mission hospital is supported by 24/7 NICU, anesthesia and perinatal services
• Nocturnist back-up 24/7
• Eligible for federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Compensation is between $309,588 and $446,745 per year
• Malpractice and full fringe benefit package
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
